River Cottage ~ Stoke Ferry

River Cottage is situated beside the River Wissey and within the grounds of The Old Bull, Stoke Ferry, in Norfolk. A very cosy yet light and spacious cottage with high vaulted ceilings and all mod cons. Originally a barrel store for the pub, this one bedroom cottage been tastefully converted and fully rebuilt in 2022. It has plenty of privacy with a sunny riverside patio area and garden, filled with colourful plants and mature trees. Regardless of being inside or outside, you can sit and idly watch the boats and wildlife pass by, including our other guests the beautiful kingfishers!
 

The cottage
The layout is all ground floor. The cottage is well furnished and has a charming wood burning stove for those chilly or romantic nights, with good WiFi, Smart TV, and comfy chairs. There is a dining table and the kitchen has a breakfast bar & stools, with halogen hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and wine cooler.
The bedroom has a kingsize bed and adjoining on-suite with large walk in invigorating shower.
We have full central Heating, and the cottage is extremely well insulated for comfort.
All linen and towels are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
 

To note - 
Unfortunately we cannot accept dogs or any other animals, and this is a non-smoking property.

Due to the close proximity of the river we are unable to accommodate children. There are several (small) steps in the paving leading up to the property.
