It is located in Stoke Ferry, a quiet historic village in the heart of Norfolk.  This welcoming property has a good sized paved patio area perfect for dining al-fresco - or just sitting and watching the wildlife,  overlooking a lovely, colourful garden and with steps down to a private mooring.
